Of COURSE you should be frightened. We created that bill after working with Homeland Security and learning that the is a LOT of 'chatter' in the exotic pet underground of an immanent threat. We don't know if it will be a massive dirtying of papers or a global strike from being cute. We at the West Virginia Legislature are very afraid of all exotic pets and think you should be too.
