Recently, however, Democrat Representative Nick Joe Rahall (DEMOCRAT) has caused some on Capitol Hill to wonder where the real Nick Joe is. He is now (prepare yourselves... if you are faint of heart - you may want to read some funnies, instead) making statements that are... (ready?) CRITICAL of Obama's EPA (I know, right?!). "Some time ago, it had long been my belief that the EPA could be a positive force in the permitting process for surface coal mining in West Virginia," Rahall said in a statement. "After years of battles in courtrooms that left coal miners and coal communities in a long, tenuous limbo, this EPA had an opportunity to help achieve a center point that would provide for both energy development and environmental preservation. But it has utterly failed."
It is unclear if he thought through the math on that last statement. If it's been "YEARS of battles" in a "long, tenuous limbo" - why had it "LONG been my belief that the EPA could be a positive force..."? It seems he only JUST came to the conclusion whereas Joe Manchin saw the light a little earlier.
Therefore, it is this editor's belief that Joe Manchin may now be mind controlling Joe Rahall or has replaced him with a robot, or he's been abducted by aliens and replaced with a shapeshifter, or tweaked, or whatever or something. We hope for a speedy recovery for Nick Joe Rahall... whatever his condition.
Or something.
