PARKERSBURG-- Dozens of chip-starved Mister Bee fans camped out in front of grocery stores across West Virginia and even mobbed chip vendors as Mister Bee Potato Chips returned to grocer's shelves. The only potato chip made in West Virginia had been missing from snack sections for several months as the company battled financial problems.
