Charleston Mayor Danny Jones Closes City Pools over Super Soaker Incident

CHARLESTON- Pandemonium ensued at Cato Park swimming pool in Charleston, West Virginia yesterday when the public swimming pool was raided by the Charleston Police Department and a SWAT team. The raid took place after a gun was spotted at the swimming pool. The police apprehended an unnamed 9 year-old boy who was later released after it was determined that the 'gun' was only a toy squirt gun known as a Super Soaker (TM).
