Animal Control Officers Inadvertently Disposed of Live Pets
SISSONVILLE, WV – West Virginia's famous 'Possum Lady' Joan Davis is fighting mad. Animal control officers were called to Davis's residence by a neighbor to investigate a nest of possums. When officers arrived, Davis was not at home. The officers discovered three dozen possum, they believed were decease, and disposed of them.
