EPA Charges County with Dihydrogen Monoxide Pollution
Yesterday, under authority of the Clean Water Act, the EPA charged Fairfax County, Virgina with polluting Accotink Creek with Dihydrogen Monoxide. County officials will be required to spend up to $500 million to fix the system that has been allowing DHMO to flow freely into the local waterway [LINK].

He also said, "In spite of the fact Obama Administration has stated repeatedly they do NOT support the coal industry - I still know they will, they have told me they will make the necessary corrections or revisions or tweaking or whatever or something, maybe, I don't really know... What was the question again?"
