LOGAN- When Todd Mathews dressed up as a zombie to attend Logan High School's Halloween party, the senior did not considered he was doing anything wrong. It was, in fact, the third year in a row that he had dressed like 'the Walking Dead' -- it was, however, the first year he was sent home for doing so.

WINFIELD- The "Freedom from Religion" group has filed an injunction to block the singing of the National Anthem before Winfield Generals football games.  Filed on behalf of an unamed Winfield resident and former student, the ruling has ramifications for all West Virginia football games.

The American Civil Liberities Union (ACLU) wants The Star Spangled Banner unfurled as the National Anthem of The United States.
