Female Inmates Released To Avoid Lawsuits
CHARLESTON- The West Virginia Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority is announcing plans to release all state-sentenced female inmates at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail as part of an effort to avoid frivolous prisoner lawsuits.
