Many, many years ago, when rugged men began to dig for coal deep in the earth, they were not alone.  

"It's a safety issue.  Not all truckers are guilty but frankly, the practice is disgusting," said WV StateTrooper, Buzz Keeler.  "We've had enough of turning our backs on the issue.  It's time to clamp the lid down on this practice.  We will be making arrests."
