Judge Reverses FED; Allows for Topless Mining
In a striking decision U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson overturned a federal ruling to ban topless mining at Spruce Number One Mine in Logan County.
In a long 36 page rant, err... RULING -- Judge Berman Jackson finally got to the point by saying, "blah, blah blah, something, something... the fed was wrong!"
